Are there any startup fees for the website design?
We require a $500 set up fee to get started. After that, the only price you'll pay is your monthly rate. The cost of the website design is included in the monthly rate.
Is there a term requirement?
We require a 12-month commitment for our monthly website plans. However, if you’re unhappy for any reason within the first 60 days, we will release you from your commitment.
How does the social media work?
We post twice a week on the platform of your choice. We repurpose blogs or cover topics that help you show up in that platform's search.
Do you have a satisfaction guarantee?
If you're not impressed with our service within the first 60 days, you can be released from your contract once your website build has been paid for.
Do you use templates or pre-made designs?
No. We design your website to your exact needs. However, we are opinionated about certain design aspects. We reuse certain components between clients because we feel it's the best for conversion, not because it's easier.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express debit and credit cards. Your recurring payment is automatically debited each month.
Will there be other fees?
Our plans include everything to design, build, launch, and maintain a website on the Internet. You'll only pay your quoted monthly rate.
Do I own the completed website?
We transfer ownership rights for the website design to you when the commitment is fulfilled. We provide you a non-exclusive, lifetime license to use these elements to operate your website, with the exception of paid software upgrades.
How long does it take to build my website?
Each project is different, but on average we have a website launched within 4 weeks, however, we can launch you as fast as a week. This timeline can be longer or shorter depending on how proactive you are with assets and revisions.
Can I change my plan at a later time?
You can always move up to a higher tier plan if your needs increase. It is only sometimes possible to move to a lower tier plan. If you're unsure of what your needs are, we recommend starting off on a lower tier plan.
